Refunds & Returns Policy

At Cater Cousins, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our returns and refund process.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods such as food, beverages, or any catering-related consumables.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sale or clearance items.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email address].
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@catercousins.co.za to arrange for the exchange.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
